For the past few years, I have primarily specialized in occupational therapy for mental health. My main clientele consists of individuals with mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder), anxiety disorders (generalized and/or social), and attention deficit disorders.

With my work experience and training, I also specialize in physical health occupational therapy, including cases of traumatic brain injury, musculoskeletal disorders, and long COVID.

Specific Experience

My primary experience is in private practice with adult clients, focusing on physical and mental health rehabilitation. I then developed my own independent practice, working with individuals and businesses.

My main focus is on return-to-work and job retention, burnout prevention, task and schedule management, and restoring work-life balance and meaningful activities.

About me

Passionate about nature, travel, and outdoor activities , I believe in the importance of a work-life balance. Scuba diving, dancing, climbing, and mountain hiking are all ways I maintain this balance, which also guides my occupational therapy practice.
