Do you recognize yourself?

You're having trouble maintaining a healthy balance between the different aspects of your life (work, children, friends, leisure, etc.). You feel like you don't have enough time. You feel exhausted.

Due to fatigue or a higher level of stress , your routine requires considerable effort: getting up in the morning, preparing your meals, doing your housework… Simple daily tasks seem difficult.

You feel overwhelmed by your workload. You don't know where to start and it's difficult to concentrate. Stress is increasing, and you're starting to think about your work tasks outside of working hours.

Living with ADHD can be a challenge.

You feel like you're forgetting or getting distracted from your tasks, that it's hard to motivate yourself to start something. You keep putting things off and fall even further behind. Seeing this, you lose more and more motivation.

Your lifestyle habits are starting to be affected . You're sleeping less well or waking up frequently during the night. You have a poor appetite or a significantly increased appetite, especially when stressed.

You are going through a difficult period in your life which brings emotions that are hard to manage. This affects your motivation, your zest for life, and increases your anxiety.

You are starting to isolate yourself from your friends and family.
