Education and Work Experience

I support adults whose daily lives are affected by cognitive difficulties, such as problems with attention, memory, or organization, whether these stem from burnout, a mental health disorder, or a traumatic brain injury (TBI). Supporting people returning to work has been part of my expertise since the beginning of my career, and I have since developed more advanced expertise in cognitive development. I also support older adults experiencing age-related cognitive changes, in order to promote their safety, independence, and ability to remain in their own homes.

About me

As a mother, avid traveler, and naturally curious, I find it essential to maintain a balance between my responsibilities and what truly inspires me. Painting and writing poetic essays nourish my need to create and recharge, while swimming provides the energy and calm that keep me active and grounded. Gathering my loved ones around a table and celebrating both the small and the big moments—these are my anchors, where bonds are forged and where my daily life finds its full meaning and warmth.
