Sandra Houde

Occupational therapist in mental health

Education and Work Experience

As a graduate occupational therapist from the University of Sherbrooke, I have worked with both children and seniors. While my career has taken me to various settings, mental health has always remained a true passion.

I am committed to supporting each individual toward a fulfilling and balanced life through a collaborative approach that is person-centered and focused on their individual priorities.

About me

Outside of work, you'll find me in the mountains. I love trail running and, in winter, alpine ski touring. With my partner and two children, I enjoy discovering new landscapes. Reading and dancing are also among my pleasures, and remind me of the importance of cultivating what nourishes us, a principle I try to convey in my work.
