Would you like to discuss how occupational therapy can improve your daily-life?

My interests

I have a passion for travel and outdoors. I promote a balanced lifestyle, which is why I always try to plan outdoor activities (especially in the mountains) in Quebec or around the world! I also love scuba diving, dancing and rock-climbing.

I mainly use the cognitive-behavioral approach, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing and mindfulness-based stress reduction. However, I adapt my approach to each of my clients, according to their interests and objectives.

My clientele

For the past few years, I've been specializing mainly in the field of mental health occupational therapy. My main clients are people suffering from mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder), anxiety disorders (generalized and/or social) and attention disorders.

With my work experience and training, I also specialize in physical health occupational therapy with cases of traumatic brain injury, musculoskeletal disorders and long term COVID.

About me

Passionate about nature, travel and outdoor activities, I believe in the importance of a balance between professional and personal life. Scuba diving, dancing, climbing and mountain hiking are all ways of maintaining this balance, which also guides my practice in occupational therapy.
