Promote the well-being
with occupational therapy

As a specialist occupational therapist, I help companies improve the well-being of their employees, whether to overcome physical, mental or organisational obstacles.

Whether for conferences, individual consultations or an ergonomic assessment of your workspaces, I am here to support you.

Would you like to discuss how occupational therapy can improve your daily-life?

Do you recognize yourself?

You have difficulty maintaining a healthy balance between the different aspects of your life (work-children-friends-hobbies, etc.). You feel like you don't have enough time. You feel exhausted.

Due to fatigue or a higher level of stress, your routine requires a considerable amount of effort: getting up in the morning, preparing your meals, doing your chores... Simple everyday tasks seem difficult to you.

You feel overwhelmed by your tasks at work. You don’t know where to start and it’s hard to concentrate. Stress increases, and you start thinking about your work tasks at home, in your sleep.

Living with ADHD can be challenging.

You feel like you are forgetting or getting distracted in your tasks or it is difficult to initiate one. You put off tasks and you procrastinate. Seeing the accumulation, you lose your motivation more and more.

Your lifestyle habits begin to be affected . You sleep less well or you wake up often at night. You have little appetite or a significant increase in your appetite, especially with stress.

You are going through a difficult period in your life, which brings new and difficult emotions to manage. This affects your motivation, your well-being and increases your anxiety.

You begin to isolate yourself from your friends and family.
